At Miryıldız Mining, we prioritize the efficient and responsible use of natural resources. To minimize our environmental impact, we continuously improve wastewater, emission, and dust control processes, and implement biodiversity conservation and rehabilitation plans from the start of each project. We carry out solar energy systems and efficiency projects to reduce energy consumption and minimize our carbon footprint. All our operations comply with national regulations and international best practice standards.

We fully comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and all relevant sectoral regulations. We meticulously fulfill documentation and audit requirements in occupational health and safety, environment, mining licenses and permits, and export and customs processes. Our internal control and audit mechanisms are designed to detect and prevent compliance risks early.

Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the personal data of our employees, job applicants, suppliers, and customer representatives are processed based on explicit consent or legitimate interest, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, and stored in a relevant, limited, and proportionate manner. Administrative and technical measures (access authorization, log records, encryption, etc.) are applied to ensure data security. In the regions where we operate, we develop projects focused on education, employment, and local development. We provide internship and mentorship programs for technical high school and university students, and support vocational training programs to enhance workforce quality. We strengthen local supply chains and base our projects on stakeholder participation to maximize social benefit.

The information and documents shared by our visitors and business partners are protected in line with our confidentiality principle.
